Product description
This product is a single replacement pivoting cane tip sized for 3/4 inch (19 mm) single-point walking canes. The package contains one pivoting rubber tip designed to slip onto a standard cane shaft — no tools required.
The base is made with a broad rubber sole that creates a quad-style footprint while keeping the overall unit lightweight and compact. Its deluxe pivot mechanism allows the head to flex and rotate 360°, helping the tip maintain contact throughout each step for a smoother, more natural gait.
Triple-contact rubber pads on the underside provide enhanced traction on tile, hardwood, carpet, concrete and uneven outdoor surfaces to help reduce slips. The wide, flat design also helps the cane remain upright on its own in many situations, acting like a quad alternative without the added bulk.
Installation is straightforward: remove the old stubby tip and push this replacement over the cane’s end until it seats. The tip is intended for daily mobility use by older adults, post-operative users, caregivers and anyone needing extra balance assistance at home or while out and about.
While it’s built for durability and frequent use, some users should verify fit on their specific cane model to ensure a secure seated connection before relying on it for full support.

NightOwl 3/5
Good pivot but won’t stay upright
Fits well and pivots smoothly and is unobtrusive when walking, but it falls over rather than remaining free-standing.

Didn’t seat securely on my cane
The tip wouldn't sit tightly on my shaft. A screw inside the tip’s shaft seemed to prevent the cane from fully seating, so it felt loose. I wouldn’t recommend it for my setup.

M.E.Basulto 5/5
Practical and steady
Does what it should — functional and lets the cane stand on its own in many cases.
-
Laurie 5/5
Exactly what I needed
Provides solid support thanks to the pivoting head, feels durable and slipped onto my cane easily.

Jeffery G. Mitchell 5/5
Great stability for my wife
My wife finds this tip much more stable than the ones she used previously.

padraigin 4/5
More stable but not always self-standing
Offers better stability than a single tip, though it doesn’t reliably stay upright every time.

Thomas R 5/5
Much safer than the standard stub tip
These add real stability compared with a single contact point. The flexible pivot lets the sole stay flat through the step, so you get continuous ground contact instead of just the rim touching. Feels safer and steadier.
