Product description
What’s included: one spray bottle of calming massage oil designed for both dogs and cats. The bottle is packaged and sealed for safe delivery and is intended to be applied via spray into hands or directly onto fur.
Materials and formula: the blend relies on plant-based oils — almond oil and coconut oil form the base, with lavender, flaxseed and ylang ylang added for aroma and soothing properties. The product is formulated without parabens and is cruelty-free. Some ingredient lists also note a seed or nut oil component listed last on the label.
How it’s used: dispense a small amount into your palms, rub together, and massage gently into the coat using circular motions. The makers recommend letting the oil sit 15–20 minutes before bathing to allow deeper absorption, though many owners simply leave a light application on between baths. It is marketed as safe for pets eight weeks and older and works as a pre-bath treatment or a short pampering massage.
Fit and feel: the oil is lightweight and spreads easily, intended to leave fur softer and glossier rather than heavy. The spray delivery is designed for convenience, though individual sprayer performance may vary; when used sparingly it can help reduce dry, flaky skin and encourage calm during grooming sessions.
Pros
- Natural, plant-based oils
- Softens coat and hydrates skin
- Formulated for use on dogs and cats
Cons
- Spray nozzle can be inconsistent
- Scent may be strong for some pets
- Can feel oily on certain coats
VerdictA natural oil blend that reliably softens coats and can help settle anxious pets during grooming or storms. The formula is gentle, absorbs well for many animals, and improves skin moisture, but some users report the sprayer can be uneven and the aroma is strong for sensitive noses. Good for routine pampering and pre-bath conditioning if you test tolerance first.

Calmed my dog during storms
I used this ahead of thunder and lightning and it helped my pet relax. It worked well for calming him during the storm.

Masks common dog odors
It helps cover everyday dog smells. It didn’t remove a persistent skunk odor on my collie over time, though it did help with typical doggy smell.

Light formula that helped flaky skin
I was impressed — both my lab and pit enjoyed the massage. It noticeably helped my pit’s dry, flaky patches. The lightweight oil absorbed nicely and the scent seemed to relax them.

Not ideal for my routine
Directions on the bottle were a bit confusing and it’s positioned as a pre-bath treatment rather than a leave-on spray. I didn’t like the feel on the coat, though others less sensitive might be fine. It smells decent.

Lovely aroma, got my pup to settle
To me it has a citrus-leaning smell and it’s pleasant. My dog hesitated at first and kept licking, but after I rubbed it in she relaxed. The spray is handy — I sprayed into my palm and massaged. A little goes a long way on my short-haired dog and it helped with dry skin after baths.

Smells great, concern about sprayer
The scent is pleasant, but I worry the fine-mist sprayer could clog since it’s an oil. I always test on my pet first and spray into my hand instead of directly. Ingredients list almond, coconut, lavender, flaxseed, ylang ylang and a last-listed oil.

Works well but nozzle is a stream
The formula left my dog’s coat softer and shinier and seemed to calm him. The problem is the nozzle doesn’t mist — it sprays in a stream, so I now spray into my hands first to avoid uneven application.

Perfect for bedtime pampering
We use this during our bedtime ritual and my dog seems to love the attention. I spray it on my hand, massage gently, and it absorbs without residue. The scent is strong at first but fades after a few hours.

Soft coat and a sleepy Labrador
I tried it on both dogs. The Labrador warmed to it slowly and eventually flopped down sleepy during the massage. The bottle felt secure and the spray left my hands oily. The blend did seem to soften his fur and calm him.

Too strong and greasy for us
The scent was overpowering and the oil left the fur feeling greasy. It didn’t work for my pet.
