Possible packaging defect?

When I opened mine the product was stuck in the cap and only an inch of usable stick remained. Hoping mine was a one-off — others may arrive fine, but check on arrival.

Great color and working time

Very pigmented so a little goes a long way. It’s creamier than some competitors, giving more time to blend and shape the look. I use it for deepening my crease and it holds up well throughout the day.

Avoid extreme heat storage

Nice texture and smooth application, but when shipped in hot weather much of the product had melted into the lid, leaving little usable product. Keep it cool.

Lovely payoff and keeps lids comfortable

I usually avoid powder on my dry, mature lids, so I tried this cream stick and was pleasantly surprised. The pigment is rich and it glides on without tugging. It resists smudging and didn’t crease or fade during a long day. After one use I bought two more shades.
