Product description
What’s included: one king-size weighted blanket rated at 50 pounds.
Materials and construction: The blanket is built from seven layers of high-grade materials. Tiny, non-toxic glass beads are enclosed in small internal pockets to provide uniform weight distribution and to prevent clumping. The outer shell is a soft, breathable fabric chosen to promote airflow and reduce heat buildup for sleepers who tend to run warm.
Size and fit: The king-size model measures 88 x 104 inches, sized to cover both standard and California king mattresses. With up to 14 inches of overhang, the blanket is designed to drape naturally over the sides and foot of the bed so it can be shared by one or two sleepers while maintaining balanced coverage.
Use and care: Designed to deliver deep pressure stimulation across the body, the blanket is suitable for adults seeking pronounced calming pressure. It’s intended to be used like a typical bed blanket—spread across the bed or used individually—and is constructed to be machine washable for routine cleaning. Durable stitching and pocketed compartments keep the glass beads contained and evenly spaced for long-term performance.
Pros
- Hefty, evenly distributed deep-pressure sensation
- Large king dimensions provide generous bed coverage
- Breathable fabric with machine-washable construction
Cons
- Very heavy—requires care when handling and laundering
- May be too warm for some hot sleepers despite breathable shell
- Weight can shift if a pocket is damaged
VerdictThis heavyweight king blanket delivers substantial, evenly dispersed pressure for adults who want pronounced deep-pressure stimulation. The blanket uses multiple layers and small glass beads sewn into pockets to avoid shifting, while the breathable outer fabric reduces overheating. Its oversized 88 x 104-inch footprint gives up to 14 inches of overhang on many beds, making it suitable for sharing.

Warm and improving my sleep
I tried this because of sleep troubles and after a week I noticed better, medication-free rest. It’s much thinner than my old comforter yet warmer, and has helped me get steadier sleep.

Finally my muscles can unwind
As a side sleeper I used to pile pillows around me and wake up sore from fighting to stay in position. This 50 lb blanket anchors me so I remain stable and my muscles relax through the night. The little glass beads are tucked into small pockets and never poke; the cover feels durable and soft, and the color looks great.

Solid option, with limits
I bought the 20 lb version for a queen bed and like the gray color and coverage, though it doesn’t fully reach over a high box spring. It helped my sleep initially but the effect tapered; weight is well spread and it’s cozy on cool nights, but too warm for hot weather and I miss a plusher feel.

Completely changed how I sleep
I resisted weighted blankets but tried a 20 lb one during cold weather and was blown away. The weight feels secure without bulk, the bed looks tidy, and it surprisingly keeps me cool. I won’t go back to my old down comforter.

Durable and matches my bedding
I’d had flimsy blankets before that lost fill, but this one has kept its weight pockets intact after months of use. The fabric has a satin-like smoothness, and although the listed color leaned more burgundy, it matched my sheets perfectly.

Luxury feel and effective coverage
Feels like a high-end comforter: cool, soft, and it covers the bed nicely. If you opt for larger sizing, consider a heavier weight so the pressure feels balanced across the bigger surface.

Truly changed how I fall back asleep
I’d always used down and had trouble returning to sleep after waking. This blanket’s small sewn pockets keep beads from shifting, there’s a comforting weight without overheating, and it helps me fall into deep sleep quickly and return to sleep if I stir.

Comforting and effective
Nice product—the weight feels just right and has noticeably improved my sleep quality.

Exceeded expectations for coverage and sleep
I researched a lot before buying and this fit perfectly into our duvet cover and lined up with the corner ties. We picked a heavier option than recommended and are glad we did—the weight cradles us and we sleep through the night more often than before.

A keeper — but read this update
After sleeping with it a week I was hooked; years later it’s still comfy and washable. Important note: one corner pouch wore thin over time and released tiny beads in the dryer, which damaged my appliance. Handle wash/dry carefully and inspect seams periodically.

Sleep has gotten noticeably easier
A friend gave this to me and after two weeks my nighttime anxiety has eased and falling asleep is much simpler. The overall heft is comfortable—not suffocating, not negligible. My only small complaint is the corners and edges lack weight, so sometimes the sides feel lighter.
