Product description
Red light therapy: The unit includes a 630nm red light panel designed to support circulation, soothe sore muscles and help skin look refreshed after sessions. The light is integrated into the tent and intended for gentle, surface-level therapy during use.
Carbon crystal heating system: Heat is supplied by three carbon crystal panels complemented by a heated foot pad. The panels provide consistent infrared warmth that penetrates muscles without the extreme dryness of steam saunas. The thermostat offers nine power levels and is rated to reach temperatures up to 140°F under optimal conditions.
Insulation and materials: The tent is built with premium insulating layers that reduce heat loss compared with standard fabrics, and the interior has an easy-to-clean wipeable surface. The design prioritizes heat retention and straightforward maintenance while minimizing electricity use thanks to the insulated shell.
Size and included accessories: The sauna's footprint is approximately 32"×35"×71" (roughly 2.7'×2.9'×5.9'), giving ample room to sit or stand and stretch out slightly. Included items: a waterproof folding chair and the heating/fan controller. The foot pad heats independently to warm feet and lower legs.
Setup and portability: No tools are required for assembly — the tent unfolds and secures in minutes. When not in use it folds flat for compact storage, making it suitable for apartments or spare rooms. Users typically sit inside on the chair while operating the controller from outside the tent zipper.

Quick delivery, simple assembly and strong heat
Arrived fast and went together in minutes. The manual wasn’t clear about cable exit points, but a few how-to clips identified them (light up top right, main cord under Velcro by the power box). I swapped the chair for a bamboo shower stool and added a bamboo mat over the foot pad since that pad runs hot. A blanket over the tent helped trap heat. Warmed up in about 15 minutes and produced a solid sweat.

Heating element failed after a few months
My heater stopped working after about four months. I wanted a replacement part but couldn’t find clear contact information for support.

Happy with it — a few user tips
Really enjoying this sauna tent. Setup was straightforward. Have a dedicated spot for it if you plan to keep it assembled. Put a towel on the chair and foot mat for comfort and to soak up sweat, and bring water if you plan sessions longer than 20 minutes.

Needed modifications to reach higher temps
Update: After relocating the temp sensor outside the zippered opening and draping a down sleeping bag over the tent for extra insulation, it eventually gets to roughly 130°F. Original thoughts: I expected much higher output but initially only reached about 80°F even at max level after preheating. The zippers seem fragile and let you see through when seated. Size is fine for my 5'10" frame, but support/contact options felt lacking.

Works well overall, chair didn’t hold up
The sauna does its job and provides noticeable heat, though you can hear the unit cycling on and off. The folding chair included is flimsy and broke after only a handful of uses.
