Product description

The kit contains 29 flexible, durable rods that snap together to reach up to 40 feet, one high-quality synthetic brush head, one drill bit/adapter, a collection bag for debris, and a small disassembly/helper kit for removing stuck sections.

Rods are made to flex around bends and angles while providing enough rigidity to push the brush through long duct runs. The quick-snap connectors have been revised for faster assembly and to stay engaged whether you rotate them clockwise or counterclockwise during cleaning.

The brush head is synthetic and sized to fit standard dryer ducts; it’s intended to capture lint and dust while leaving clearance for rotation. The included drill adapter lets a cordless drill drive the brush for omnidirectional agitation and deeper cleaning than manual pushing alone.

Use by attaching the brush to the first rod, add shafts one or two at a time as you feed into the vent, and operate the drill at low speed. If the brush binds, stop and reverse briefly until it frees. The collection bag and included gloves help contain and remove the debris after cleaning.

Regular use helps restore dryer efficiency and reduces the risk of lint-related fires. The kit is intended as a homeowner tool to avoid recurring service calls for routine vent clearing.

Pros

  • Extends up to 40 feet with 29 flexible rods
  • Quick-snap connectors for fast assembly
  • Includes brush, drill adapter, bag, and helper kit

Cons

  • Sections can be stiff to separate by hand
  • Long runs may need two people for control
  • Brush can bind in very heavily clogged ducts

VerdictThis kit supplies everything needed to reach long dryer runs and dislodge years of lint without hiring a technician. The upgraded quick-snap rods assemble fast and resist coming apart when rotated, while the synthetic brush head and drill adapter let you clear vents more thoroughly than lint-trap maintenance alone. It’s especially useful for long or angled ducts, though very clogged sections can b

Customer reviews

  1. Anne R. 5/5

    Outstanding cleaning tool

Great for clearing lint from a dryer vent. Easy to operate and produces noticeable results quickly. A worthwhile purchase for routine maintenance.

  2. Christina Juckes 5/5

    Solid quality and straightforward

Simple to use, though long runs are easier with two people. The rods are flexible and well made. Suggest selling a shop-vac adapter as an add-on; I improvised by sealing the vac to the vent with a wet towel and it worked fine.

  3. Blindmongoose 5/5

    Excellent for stubborn clogs

Used it the day it arrived and it definitely works. Very flexible but if it binds at the brush the shafts will twist — stop and reverse until it frees. Add one or two shafts at a time and repeat. All you need is a cordless drill. After cleaning the exterior vent flap popped open and heat blew out strongly. A shop vac helps clean up the lint afterward.

  4. wally208 5/5

    Does the job

Cleans the vent hose effectively. I found 20 ft felt a bit floppy, so I added more sections as I went to gain better control.

  5. Summer Hater 5/5

    Surprisingly easy DIY fix

My dryer was taking forever to dry, so I tried this. Despite a bad back, I completed the job alone in about an hour, including cleanup. The vent was dangerously clogged — a real fire hazard. Now I plan to clean it every six months rather than call out a service.

  6. Bob Harris 4/5

    Reveals hidden lint buildup

Shows how much lint the lint screen misses. I was worried about dryer fires and this confirmed my vents needed a deep clean. Gives peace of mind knowing the duct is clear.

  7. B. Oneil 5/5

    Handy, effective tool

I saw a how-to video and decided to try this. It pulled out a shocking amount of dust. The brush fits a standard duct and grabbed lint while still allowing movement. I thought I'd need a drill but could push it through by hand. I used about ten rod sections; they snap together easily and can be pried apart with a nail. Kit includes a bonus dryer brush, a drill adapter, and gloves. If you know basic tools, this is an easy DIY job and beats hiring a pro.

  8. Roberson Roost 4/5

    Cleared a serious blockage

Performs well and comes with multiple attachments to reach our long, angled vent. It even dislodged a bird’s nest. Flexible enough for bends and very user-friendly. Worth having in the garage for occasional maintenance.
