Product description

Design and tuning
This model is built in D minor Kurd and contains ten playable tones: one central note plus nine peripheral tone fields tuned as D3, A3, C4, E4, G4, C5, A4, F4, D4, and Bb3. The instrument is set to a 440 Hz reference and arranged for intuitive fingering and mallet use, which helps beginners learn patterns quickly while remaining expressive for more advanced players.

Materials and treatment
The shell is formed from 1.2 mm nitrogen-alloy steel for toughness and stability. Each piece receives high-temperature treatment and surface finishing to improve wear resistance and reduce susceptibility to rust, giving the instrument a more durable finish and longer life in regular use.

Tuning process and sound
Every handpan is hand-tuned by experienced technicians through iterative shaping and adjustment to minimize pitch drift and to balance overtones. The result is a bright, clear timbre with distinct sustain and sympathetic resonance that works well with finger techniques and mallet strokes alike.

What’s included and dimensions
Package contents: 1x Eavnbaek 22-inch handpan drum, 1x padded soft bag, 2x mallets, 1x collapsible handpan stand, a sheet of number stickers for the tone fields, and 1x cleaning cloth. The 22-inch diameter and the included stand make it convenient to play seated or standing.

Use and care
Play with fingers for the warmest sonic results or with the supplied mallets for added attack. Dry thoroughly after exposure to moisture and store in the bag to prolong finish life. For any product questions, the manufacturer’s support can be contacted via messaging for assistance and replacements.

Customer reviews

  1. BRad 1/5

    Doesn’t perform in heavy rain

Looks good, but the tones change when left in rain — better kept dry.

  2. Ushriyah 5/5

    Well made, good size

Solid construction and a comfortable diameter — exactly what I expected.

  3. Edita 4/5

    Great instrument, slow delivery

Item looks and sounds excellent, but shipment arrived later than promised. Communication could be clearer about timing options.

  4. Larisa Fedj 5/5

    Lovely melodic tone

Bought this for my birthday and I love it. It pairs nicely with my wind chimes and has a melodic, soothing voice.

  5. PDC 5/5

    Pleasant tone

I enjoy its sound. Out here in the desert I don’t get to play often, but it has a pleasing tone that isn’t too loud.

  6. Muniac 5/5

    Sturdy and fun

I like it. I even tried it briefly in light rain — it held up, but heavy exposure would dull the sound.

  7. Alicia 5/5

    Happy purchase

Nice sound and color. The size fits my living room and my kids enjoy joining in.

  8. Tabitha 5/5

    Great for beginners

I’d never played a handpan before. It’s lightweight in its backpack bag and arrives with a cloth, folding stand, and mallets. The sound is calming and it’s simple to learn on.

  9. Gabriela V. 5/5

    Absolutely lovely

A beautiful instrument. It was a gift and now we want one for ourselves. Good materials; we sheltered it after a short rain to avoid wear.

  10. Waldkatze64 5/5

    Soft, evocative sound

Comes in a cloth bag and produces gentle, slightly Asian-flavored tones. Because it’s water-resistant you can place it outside briefly; raindrops give a melancholic effect.

  11. Aidan 4/5

    Good budget-friendly option

If you’re not buying a high-end maker, this hits the mark. Tuned well for a beginner. Delivery had hiccups but the seller offered a partial refund.

  12. CUSTOMER 5/5

    As described

Bought for my little niece for Christmas. Well built with a pleasant sound and nice appearance.

  13. Ronniesbest 5/5

    Wonderful gift choice

Bought as a present and it surpassed expectations. Heavier and deeper than I imagined with a relaxing low end. Sticker set started peeling but extras were included, so no problem.
