Sizing and shape: each pad measures about 3.8 inches long by 1.3 inches wide and is contoured to follow the curve of the inner heel. The low-profile profile keeps them hidden in closed-back shoes while adding a layer of protection from rubbing and pressure.

Great for worn kids’ shoes

Stops slipping and protects the heel

Thicker than average heel pads, these fill space well and prevent feet from sliding. The suede-like top feels gentle on skin and coverage is good. They stick well in most shoes and perform as expected for lightly loose heels.

Comfortable but needed extra tape

They provide enough padding to prevent rubbing at the Achilles, and I like having two pairs per color. My issue was the stickiness — a thin double-sided tape solved it. If the adhesive were stronger I’d be happy to reorder.

Good padding but a bit bulky

I bought these for a relative whose heels were loose. The memory foam is plush and supportive, but the pads are noticeably thick. In shoes that already fit well they can make the toe area feel tight. Comfortable but adhesive fell short

Exactly what my new shoes needed

Received both beige and black pairs. The adhesive was strong once I pressed them down, and I could reposition before setting them. They stopped heel slip in a new pair of shoes and added a little padding; you can even layer them for extra thickness if necessary.
