Product description
What you get: the inflatable Hayzi UL pillow with an integrated stuff sack and a short hand loop for carrying.
Materials and construction: the top uses a spandex-nylon jersey that feels soft against skin; the interior relies on 100% polyester fiber fill to preserve height and give a bit of loft. The inflatable bladder is a flexible, durable film bonded inside the cover.
Size and weight: designed for ultralight packs at about 4 ounces; it compresses to a very small roll that slips into the attached sack for easy stowage.
How it works: inflate with a few breaths, then use the fine-tune button to micro-adjust firmness to your liking. For packing, press and twist the valve to open and speed deflation, then fold/roll and tuck into the sack.
Ergonomics and use: the pillow is molded with a shallow cradle to support the head and natural neck curve. It performs well for sleeping, as a lumbar cushion in camp chairs, or as a lightweight sit pad in mixed conditions.
Pros
- Very light and compresses tiny
- Adjustable firmness with precision valve
- Soft, skin-friendly face fabric
Cons
- May be large for users preferring ultra-compact pads
- Air-filled feel might not replace a full pillow for some
- Attached sack can add bulk when packing differently
VerdictA featherlight, contoured inflatable pillow that balances compact packing with genuine neck support. The soft jersey face and polyester loft give a comfortable surface, while the precision valve makes inflation and deflation fast and adjustable. Ideal for multi-day backpacking, car travel, and camp seats when you need a supportive, packable cushion without adding bulk.

Just the right hiking size
The fabric is comfortable and the pillow is sized well for a backpack. Not too heavy and easy to spot in gear thanks to the bright color — could double as an emergency signal.

Camp staple — quick to use
My second camping pillow and it’s the easiest to inflate and repack. Low air resonance when laying down and the attached sack makes stashing it back simple and fast.

Plush feel despite being inflatable
The cover is very soft, almost fleece-like, and the bladder is amazingly flexible. The integrated carrying bag tucks away while inflated so it doesn’t bother you. The concave shape cradles the head nicely.

Lightweight and unexpectedly comfy
I hunted for a lightweight camping pillow and this fit the bill. Packs down tiny and provided comfortable sleep on an overnight trip in Alaska. The cover is soft and appears washable. No major issues on the trail.

Solid product, a touch larger than I need
Inflates easily, holds air well, and packs into the attached sack. I prefer slightly smaller pillows for car or plane support, but this one works great as a general camping/head support.

Suzanne 5/5
Ideal for travel and camping
Feels nearly weightless and stuffs into a built-in tiny sack. A few breaths inflates it, firmness is adjustable, and the soft top supports my neck well. Great for lumbar support or sleeping on the trail.

Makenna 5/5
Featherweight with real neck support
At about 4 ounces it’s ultra-light but still supports neck curvature better than flat inflatables. The Quick TwistVent valve speeds setup and teardown and the build feels robust for real outdoor use.

Works as a pillow or a sit pad
I like these multipurpose inflatables. It feels more pillow-like than a sit pad but can be deflated some and used to sit on snow or ice. Replaced an older ratty pad and this one performs well for both uses.
