Too small for average men's wrist
Quality felt good, weight was nice, but they didn’t fit my 7¼-inch wrist despite being labeled unisex.

Thumb hole placement is off for me
Hoped the thumb loop would stop slipping, but it sits awkwardly and never felt right. Tried several ways to wear them and decided to donate instead of returning.

Great for walking without slipping
They stop the sliding you get with regular arm weights, so I can exercise my arms freely while walking. Material is soft and the Velcro holds well. Durable so far with regular use.

Gentle on arthritic thumbs
I have thumb arthritis, so gripping dumbbells hurts. These wraps stay put and don’t press on my thumbs. Wish they were less bulky, but they’re very helpful and secure.

Comfortable and handy for barre classes
Bought the 2 lb pair for barre workouts — the fabric is soft and they’re comfortable. A bit loose on my slim wrists but the thumb loop keeps them from sliding. They include a small zip-up case; I’d buy a heavier set later.
