Product description
Built from sturdy stainless steel, this mandoline slicer has a heavy frame and a very sharp blade designed for repeated kitchen use. The robust construction is intended to outlast lightweight plastic models and makes slicing potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, cabbage and carrots straightforward and consistent.
Safety features are integrated into the design so you don’t have to handle exposed blades when switching settings — a rotating selector changes slicing modes without direct contact. The unit sits securely thanks to a non-slip handle and rubberized feet. A safety food holder is supplied to protect fingers during cutting, and a pair of cut-resistant gloves is included; please wear the gloves while operating the slicer to reduce risk of injury.
All cutting options are built into the mandoline, eliminating loose blades to misplace. Slice thickness adjusts from 1mm up to 9mm, and two julienne cutters are provided at approximately 4.5mm and 9mm, useful for making fries, waffle-style cuts and a variety of salads.
The design is compact for storage: blades remain in the housing and the handle and feet fold flat so the tool can fit in a drawer. Cleanup is simple — rinse away food residue under running water or place the unit in the dishwasher as it is dishwasher-safe.
WELTONHM backs this slicer with customer support aimed at making your kitchen tasks easier. If you encounter any problems, the company will replace or refund the item — contact them with questions about the mandoline and its operation.

Poor construction
Disappointed — the steel felt thin and the plastic frame flexed. Design seems weak and safety guards were missing.

Respect the blade
Cuts cleanly and consistently; thickness adjustments work. Treat it like a knife — use the guard and be careful when cleaning. Not a complaint, just a warning.
