Product description

Use: These press-style trigger point tools are intended for self-application on thighs, feet, calves, arms and other reachable areas, and they can also be used on another person’s back, neck, hamstrings and other difficult-to-access spots.

What’s included: The package contains two green, thumb-shaped massagers so you and a family member can both use one. They are compact enough to slip into a suitcase or carry-on and dry quickly after cleaning, making them appropriate for home and travel use.

Construction: Molded from a high-quality ABS plastic, the tools are non-toxic, wear-resistant and built to last. Their shape helps concentrate force so you can deliver deep trigger point pressure with less effort from your hands.

Care and use: The surface wipes clean easily and they can be used with massage oil or cream as glide tools. Suitable for solo self-massage routines or for giving targeted work to others, they offer a simple way to increase pressure without overtaxing thumbs and fingers.

Pros

  • Compact and travel-friendly
  • Durable, non-toxic ABS construction
  • Delivers focused deep pressure with less hand effort

Cons

  • May be awkward if gripped only the obvious way
  • Can feel bulky for small hands
  • Tends to be slippery when oily

VerdictA simple, sturdy pair of self- and partner-use tools that reduce thumb fatigue while allowing precise deep-pressure work. They’re compact, easy to clean, and work well with or without oil. Some users may find the grip awkward if held the obvious way or if they have very small hands.

Not Protective When Used As Shown

Pressing into trigger points with the thumb cavity can still hurt. Better to reverse it or use the other end to spread force through your palm.

Eases Hand Strain for Home Massage

They fill the palm so I can press more on my husband’s back without straining—wish I’d found them earlier.

  7. 🕸 3/5

    Too Large for Small Hands

Too bulky for my small hands and slippery with oil.
