Product description

Stabilizing support for active use: This kinesiology tape is made to provide targeted assistance to sore muscles and unstable joints while preserving a full range of motion. It’s intended for use during running, weight training, CrossFit, yoga and daily activities, and can be applied to help reduce pain from knee issues, shin splints, plantar fasciitis, shoulder strains, carpal tunnel and similar conditions.

Strong, long-lasting adhesive: The roll is backed by an adhesive formulated to remain secure through workouts, events and rest periods for multiple days for many wearers. The tape stretches and recoils with body movement so it maintains contact and keeps support where it’s applied.

Flexible, water-resistant fabric: Constructed from a cotton and spandex blend, the material is lightweight, breathable and latex-free. The fabric blend is designed to tolerate sweat and water exposure so it can stay on through showers and activity better than non-water-resistant options.

Cut-to-length convenience: The package includes a 105-foot roll of 2-inch (approximately) wide kinesiology tape with a peel-away backing printed with a grid to guide cutting. You can trim sections to the width and length needed for shoulders, neck, back, knees, elbows, thighs, calves and feet. An illustrated placement guide is included to show common taping methods and starting points for different areas.

Satisfaction guarantee: The product is supported by a 60-day guarantee to give buyers added confidence in trying the tape for their needs.

Pros

  • Durable adhesive for multi-day wear
  • Water- and sweat-resistant cotton–spandex blend
  • Large 105 ft roll with 2" width and peel-away grid

Cons

  • Can leave adhesive residue after extended wear
  • May lift at the edges or lose hold with heavy sweating
  • Can roll up and catch hairs if it separates from skin

VerdictThis tape delivers dependable, flexible support for common sports and everyday aches. It stretches and moves with the body, holds up for multiple days for many users, and resists water. Some users report residue after extended wear and reduced hold in very sweaty conditions, but overall it offers a practical, versatile option when you need joint or muscle relief without restricting motion.

Customer reviews

  1. Laura Rivero 5/5

    Buena adhesión

    Pega bien. Resiste al agua.

  2. Dolores Williams 5/5

    Effective non-drug pain relief

This product does what it claims. The more I use it the more noticeable the benefit becomes. A good way to manage pain without medication.

  3. brooks 5/5

    Very sticky and stays put

I usually buy a premium tape but wanted a more affordable option. This sticks comparably well and stays in place for days, though it can loosen slightly after showering. If worn for many days it can leave some adhesive on the skin, which premium tapes sometimes avoid. Still worth it compared with brands that don't adhere or irritate skin.

  4. Dorothea A. Powers 5/5

    Solid foot support

    Excellent product, works very well.

  5. Wilde Geist 5/5

Holds up longer than pricier brands

My physical therapist used another brand that often came undone the same day. After switching to this roll I can leave tape on for several days. I showed up to therapy wearing tape I’d applied Friday and it still looked intact on Monday — my therapist was surprised. She almost left it in place to demonstrate another taping method. If you need reliable kinesiology tape, this one worked well for me.

  6. Danielle Wright 4/5

    Sturdy and convenient for binding

Provides solid support. I’ve been using it as binding tape and it outperformed my previous option while costing less. I recommend it as an alternate binding method. The only drawback is the strips are on the narrow side, so I use more length than with wider tape.

  7. Cirus 5/5

Helpful for my daughter's joint pain

Bought for my daughter who often has joint pain; this tape gives her support when she needs it and helps manage discomfort.

  8. Mohammed Qureshi 4/5

    Weak adhesion on my skin

Does not stick very well for me.

  9. Mr. R. Wilman 5/5

    Helped my sprained ankle

Ayudó con un esguince en el tobillo.

  10. Fala 5/5

    Therapist-grade support for plantar pain

My PT taught me a simple foot wrap using this tape and it relieved my plantar pain. It supports the Achilles and subtly changes sensation so the pain feels reduced. Advice: round the edges so they don’t catch. This tape stays put, is easy to use, and my therapist uses the same at home. I’ll buy it again.

  11. Usuario 3/5

    Falta adherencia

    Se despega fácilmente

  12. Amazombie 3/5

    Serviceable, not top tier

I bought the 100+ foot roll. This tape stretches more than some other brands I’ve used. I tape knees, lower back, shoulders and elbows often and keep several tapes on hand. This one works for many areas, but I reserve cotton or extra-sticky tapes for very sweaty spots like my lower back. It can lift after separating from skin and may pull hairs. It’s usable but not as premium as others in my collection.
