Great size and gentle fabric face

I haven’t had it long but it’s already helpful. I deal with widespread pain and alternate heat and cold; this larger pack and its cloth side are exactly what I needed since it doesn’t get soggy right out of the freezer. Works on many parts of the body and even helps with migraines.

Wide coverage; two cooling textures

Covers my lower back down to the hip. One face is soft and milder, while the reverse delivers a stronger chill when required. I bought a second unit so I can switch them during use.

Cold, sturdy and well made
