Complete 14-piece carving set: This kit contains five wood carving discs (7/8"/22mm bore), five rotary burrs for detail work, and four adapter rings so you can mount tools on either 5/8" (16mm) or 7/8" (22mm) shafts. It’s sized for 4" and 4.5" angle grinders.

Multiple disc profiles: The set includes a variety of tooth patterns and face shapes — flat, beveled, curved and grooved — to support fast bulk removal and more controlled surface finishing. Use the rotary burrs for finer shaping and hollows.

Durable carbon steel build: Discs and cutters are made from 45-grade high-strength carbon steel for improved wear resistance during extended carving and grinding sessions. The finish and hardness are intended to hold up under aggressive use.

Very aggressive, handle with care

The cutters remove material extremely fast — I noticed their aggressiveness despite decades of experience. The brass-toned wheel is milder but still quick. The sanding flap smoothed the deep marks well. The chainsaw-style blade came apart when unpacked, so I won't risk using it.

Check arbor sizes before buying

Only the four discs with 22mm bore fit my 115mm grinders; the rest use 16mm bores and didn’t mount on my tools. That made part of the kit unusable until I realised smaller 4" grinders accept the 16mm pieces. The four that fit work very well and remove wood fast, but expect a lot of chips. I updated my rating after discovering the smaller grinder compatibility.
