Product description
Weld-Kleen 350 is a water-based anti-spatter liquid supplied as a single 1-gallon container. The formula is biodegradable, non-toxic and paintable, and it remains usable after freezing and thawing.
Intended for use on most base metal and fixture applications, this product is used by manufacturers and is compatible with robot torch blow down systems. Applied before welding, it prevents weld spatter from adhering, making it easy to remove beads and slag with a brush or scraper.
Regular use of Weld-Kleen 350 reduces the time spent grinding and cleaning welded parts, cutting downtime in production or shop environments. The product is economical for high-volume users; hobbyists may prefer to transfer some into a smaller, higher-quality spray bottle for convenience.

- Paintable after application
- Works with robot torch blow down and fixture use
Cons
- One-gallon pack may be more than casual users need

Excellent performance
I use it on anything I don't want spatter to stick to. It works even before it fully dries.

Good anti-spatter
Works pretty well. I'll be buying another gallon when this runs out.

Great for welding
Enjoyed using this during welding. Simple to apply and cost-effective. Would recommend to others.

Not a pro, cleanup is simple
I'm not an expert welder, but this makes table cleanup easy. After a session I scrape off the beads and the surface isn't ruined. I always use it now.

Not perfect but better than nothing
Not flawless, but it reduces cleanup and is preferable to doing nothing when welding.

Does the job
I sprayed it on my new welding table and the spatter brushes off easily. Apply before you start, then brush it clean — nothing sticks, and it didn't interfere with the ground.

Does what it should
Effective at preventing spatter from sticking. Works as expected and the cost is reasonable.

Too much for my needs
Product works well but one gallon was more than I needed. For the quantity, a smaller container would have been more practical.

Keeps flux-core jobs cleaner
Flux-core throws a lot of spatter and I was skeptical, but a few sessions convinced me. I also used it for stick welding with good results; haven't tried MIG yet. Good value for frequent use.

Effective but bottle could be better
Cuts down spatter on stainless nicely. The supplied spray bottle feels cheap — better to buy in bulk and use your own quality sprayer.

Use sparingly
It performs fine, but if you over-apply you'll get porosity in the weld and will need to grind it out. The old toxic stuff I used worked too, but this is safer.
