Frustrating purchase and return process
Unit arrived without protective packaging and failed to power on after I filled it with oil. Customer service required me to arrange the return and prepare the fryer for shipment despite the damaged delivery. Extremely disappointed after long-term loyalty to the retailer.

Solid replacement for our old unit
We bought this to replace a fryer that stopped heating properly. This one seems to heat faster and cooks evenly. Capacity is about the same and it handles enough food for four plus leftovers. Would recommend.
