Product description
Quick to set up and stow away: each box unfolds in seconds from a flat-packed form to a ready filing bin, then collapses back down when not in use. The set contains two cardboard file organizer boxes and a sheet of stickers for labeling; hanging file folders are not included.
Built from reinforced corrugated cardboard with a crisscross support panel in the base, the frame resists bending under the weight of ordinary documents. Stainless steel handles are attached at the sides so you can lift a bin from a shelf or carry it to a meeting without fumbling.
Available in two footprints to match your storage needs: Slim size measures 5.3 x 12.2 x 9.8 inches and the Large size measures 10.6 x 12.2 x 9.8 inches. Both are sized to accept standard letter-size hanging file folders — check your folder dimensions before ordering for a perfect fit.
Use these organizers on a desk or shelf to sort invoices, contracts, tax paperwork, project notes, and classroom materials. The open top and labeled stickers make it easy to identify and access files quickly, while the fold-flat design keeps unused bins compact in a closet or drawer.
Pros
- Folds flat for compact storage

VerdictThese collapsible corrugated cardboard file boxes deliver a lightweight, portable solution for organizing hanging folders at home or in the office. Included labels help identify contents at a glance. Goo

Great for frequent use at work
Placed one at each workstation for quick access to forms. After three months of near-constant use they show only minor corner wear. Very easy to assemble and easy to move around — a sensible, affordable option.

Budget-friendly and shelf-compatible
I ordered two white boxes and they matched the pictures. Assembly was simple. Because the material is paper-cardboard, I reinforced the inside folds with tape for added strength; the tape is hidden and helped. They fit hanging folders on a bookshelf perfectly and now hold my boys' homeschool materials with printed labels.

Easy to set up and move around
I bought a pair to replace bulky plastic bins. They pop open quickly and work with standard hanging folders. The boxes feel sturdy enough for daily document use yet are light to carry. Side handles make shelf-to-desk transfers effortless. The base uses a crisscross support that handles paper loads well, but I wouldn’t store heavy items. I keep three at my desk for taxes and receipts — they make sorting fast and tidy.

Roomy and neat-looking
This storage box fit into my home office system nicely. It secures hanging files, keeps paperwork organized, and presents a clean, professional appearance. The open top makes pulling papers quick and simple.

Sturdy walls but glued seams
The box walls are firm, however the panels are glued together and that reduces overall toughness. I won’t reorder.

Arrived damaged and disappointing
The package looked poorly protected and arrived bent. Inside were two very thin cardboard boxes that seemed flimsy. For the cost and condition, I’m dissatisfied and want a refund.
