Product description
Ergonomic inflatable lumbar support designed to fit airplane seats, car seats, office chairs and other seating where lower back relief is needed. The unit contains a foam-filled core that draws air in when the valve is opened, allowing the cushion to partially self-inflate; a few added breaths or gentle kneading increase firmness, and releasing the valve softens it.
Included are the inflatable lumbar cushion with foam fragments inside, a soft removable-feel cover that wipes clean, an adjustable strap that fastens the pillow to most seat backs, and a small storage pouch for compact transport. The valve is a twist-style control that permits precise pressure adjustments on the fly.
Materials are selected for travel durability: a leak-resistant inner bladder combined with a breathable, water-resistant outer fabric for comfort against skin. When packed, the pillow compresses to roughly 3.5" × 6.3" and weighs about 5.64 ounces. Recommended comfort is achieved at approximately 60–70% inflation, yielding about 13.8" × 7.9" × 3.7" when expanded.
To use, open the valve and allow the foam core to pull in air; add or remove air until the lumbar curve feels supportive. Secure the adjustable band around the seat to reduce slippage. For storage, open the valve, squeeze air out while rolling the cushion, then close the valve and tuck it into the supplied pouch. For cleaning, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap—no machine washing required.
Pros
- Lightweight and highly packable
- Customizable firmness via valve and foam core
- Strap keeps it secured to seats
Cons
- Some reports of air loss over long-term use
- Storage pouch and valve are basic plastic
- Not as supportive as high-density solid foam for car use
VerdictA lightweight, portable lumbar aid that offers adjustable back support and simple care. The pillow inflates by itself, locks with a valve, and straps to seats to stay in place. Excellent for travel and desk use, though longevity can vary — some users report air loss after extended use. Overall, a convenient option for temporary spinal support and posture relief on the go.

Helped on long flights
Bought it hoping for a bit of relief and it delivered. Used it on 8- and 11-hour flights without my back flaring up. Didn’t bother with the belt, but still worth the space it took.

Must-have for inflight sciatic pain
My legs numb after an hour on planes, but this alleviates that numbness noticeably. Not perfect, but very easy to adjust and wear—highly recommended for inflight sciatic discomfort.

Handy travel companion
Inflated and adjusted without fuss, then rolled into a tiny pouch that fit in my daypack. The strap stopped it shifting during boarding and layovers. Kept my back comfortable on long transatlantic legs.

Saved my trip
My lower back flared before a Europe trip but this pillow was a lifesaver. Easy to set to the right firmness, then flattened to fit in a small backpack. Used it on planes and buses across several countries.

Portable relief for hip and back
Great for my hip issues — used it on flights and even in restaurants when my back needed support. Packs down quickly and is simple to reinflate when needed.

Reassuring support for sciatica
Recovering from severe sciatica, I felt much more stable using this on a flight. Easy to tweak pressure mid-trip and comfortable to wear walking through the terminal thanks to the strap.

Compresses to a tiny size
After a long layover this gave solid lower-back support and the valve lets you fine-tune firmness. Love that it compresses into a small roll for carry-on, though the storage pouch and valve feel like they could be tougher.

Unique hybrid support
After decades of back trouble I've tried many supports. This one’s a good middle ground: foam fragments for comfort plus the ability to inflate for extra firmness. The belt keeps it in place when moving.

Worked then lost air
It served me well for about 18 months but recently started going flat mid-flight. The valve seemed fine; the leak must be inside. Ordering a replacement while I look for something sturdier.

Lightweight aid during recovery
Good for aircraft and buses, and handy at the hotel or home. The valve self-expands the foam core and seals well when tightened. Has helped while I recover from a lumbar issue.
