For an inside-window-frame mount, provide the opening measurement to the nearest 1/8". We will automatically deduct 3/8" from your supplied width so the shade fits with the slight clearance required for an inside fit. The shade must be a bit smaller than the opening to slide in. A minimum top depth of 1 3/4" is required for inside installs; for a flush inside mount allow 3" of depth.
For an outside-window-frame mount there are no manufacturing deductions — enter the exact finished size you want the shade to cover. Outside mounts typically extend beyond the window opening to offer fuller coverage.
These are cordless, child-safe woven-wood Roman-style shades that fold into flat, tidy stacks as they are raised. Not every weave is fully opaque: the Hatteras and Eastfield collections are the most privacy-friendly, while the Bayhead collection is the most open and lets in the most light. All mounting hardware is included with each order.
The headrail measures 1 1/8" deep and 5/8" high. Typical stack height for a shade is about 9 1/2", with most of that concealed by a 6" valance. Shades can be customized to the nearest 1/8". Warranty coverage is 5 years for material defects, 3 years for the lift mechanism, and lifetime coverage for manufacturing defects. Because these are made from natural fibers, expect small color and grain variations between orders placed months apart.
The cordless lift employs a smooth control system designed for years of reliable use, and the Roman styling highlights the woven materials by stacking into neat folds. When completing your customization, choose inside or outside mount and supply the exact measurements to the 1/8" so the product can be made to fit your window correctly.

Good fit but not fully private
The bamboo mesh version fit my window and looks nice, but it passes light—and at night it doesn’t block views in. I added a blackout roller behind it for full privacy.

Worth the wait
Shipping took longer than I hoped due to backorders, but the outcome made it worthwhile. I needed several large, matching sizes and the options made that possible. They aren’t completely blackout, but offer a pleasant amount of daylight without glaring.
