Product description

What’s included and key features
The box arrives with a child-sized spork and a complimentary 100-page bento recipe eBook authored by the company founder. The interior is organized into five separate compartments with a total capacity of about 700 mL, letting you pack a main, sides, fruits, veggies, and a small treat in one container.
Materials and construction
The inner tray is made to be used in the microwave and cleaned in the dishwasher for quick prep and wash-up. The outer shell incorporates a rubberized, drop-resistant trim and easy-open latches intended for small hands. The product is free of BPA and phthalates. To preserve the shape and sealing gasket of the lid, the outer case should be washed by hand; the lid’s seal rinses clean quickly.
How to use it
For the tightest closure press the center of the lid before snapping the latches down. The sealed compartments are designed to hold dips, sauces, and cut fruit during a commute, but the unit is not intended for soups or large amounts of liquid. After washing, separate the lid and tray to avoid sticking while drying.
Size and portability
Overall dimensions are approximately 8.1 × 6.2 × 2.2 inches, making the box compact enough to slide into most toddler backpacks and lunch bags while still providing room for a balanced meal.
Extra notes
The design emphasizes durability for preschool life, and some younger children (roughly ages 3–6) may need help opening the box at first because the latches are intentionally snug. Replacement parts are available, and customer support is based in the U.S. Optional coordinating ice packs and insulated bags are available separately if you want matching accessories.

Pros

  • Sealed compartments keep sauces and snacks separate

  • Rubberized trim and kid-friendly latches for drop resistance

Cons

  • Outer lid must be hand-washed to protect the seal
  • Younger children may struggle to open and close it
  • Not designed for soups or large liquids

VerdictThis kid-focused bento delivers cute styling and thoughtful features: five sealed sections for sauces and snacks, a removable tray that tolerates the microwave and dishwasher, and a soft rubberized trim for drops. It’s compact enough for small backpacks and comes with a spork and a 100-page recipe eBook from the founder. Expect a snug lid seal (press the center before latching), occasional difficu

Customer reviews

  1. Roselyn Attwell 5/5

    Lovely and practical

Gorgeous design and totally worth it. Fits my 4-year-old perfectly.

  2. Lynndsay 4/5

    Color mismatch was a bummer

Very cute but arrived purple instead of blue, which disappointed my toddler. Small and nice pattern for construction fans. Closing can be tricky; teachers help until he learns it.

  3. Daisy A 1/5

    Too hard for little hands

Not suitable for very small kids to close independently. Even I struggle to snap it shut sometimes; teachers often have to help.

  4. Andrea Mathers 5/5

    Toddler favorite

My toddler loves it for school. Very easy to take apart and clean.

  5. Producto 5/5

    Very sturdy

Arrived in excellent condition and well packaged. Highly recommend for the build quality.

  6. Molly F. 3/5

    Doesn’t lock easily

The lid won’t secure without pushing hard, and there’s a noticeable bump in the middle. Tray is locked in place; worked okay but I wouldn’t buy again.

  7. Lucc 5/5

    Pretty overall

Looks beautiful and my child loves it.

  8. Miri 1/5

    Frustrating to secure

Often too difficult to close properly—struggles happen most days.

  9. Kasey 5/5

    Really keeps food separate

Holds sauces and dips without leaking into other compartments. Great capacity for my 4- and 2-year-old. The latches are a bit fiddly and don’t have a great grip area, so little ones can struggle to open or risk pinching the tabs.

  10. NM 4/5

    Nice but heavy

Attractive design but feels heavier than expected.

  11. JasMarieGray 5/5

Great at first, then issues with the tray

Initially it was perfect for pre-K—held food well and was leakproof. After about a week the little tray started falling out and the lid became harder to close; had to request a replacement. Love the concept and look, but durability was inconsistent.

  12. Rachy 4/5

Good pick, wish it was bigger

Secure and easy to clean. I just wish it had a bit more room for my hungry daughter.

  13. C M 5/5

    Solid performer so far

Perfect size for daycare lunches and the inner tray cleans well in the dishwasher. Follow the directions—outer shell shouldn’t go in the dishwasher or it can show a white film and slight fading after a wash.
