Product description

What you get: a pack containing 15 loofah chew pieces in mixed sizes. Typical discs measure about 1.5 to 2 inches across and 0.3 to 0.7 inches thick, giving a selection of chewable surfaces in each set.

Materials and finishing: each piece is cut from natural plant loofah and treated without synthetic dyes. The slices are soaked in organic fruit concentrate for several hours and then dehydrated to lock in a natural fruity aroma and flavor. A safe, non-toxic coloring process is used when present, and the material itself is plant-based and biodegradable.

Design and use: many pieces include a small loop or can be threaded for hanging inside a cage or habitat, turning them into vertical enrichment toys as well as handheld chews. The layered, fibrous structure offers varied textures so pets can nibble, grind, and shred at multiple depths, supporting healthy tooth wear and keeping them occupied.

Suitable pets: made for lagomorphs and small mammals — rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, chinchillas, rats and ferrets can all find these engaging. Use them as part of a rotation of enrichment items to prevent boredom and encourage natural foraging and chewing behaviors.

Pros

100% natural loofah material
Fruit-infused scent to attract pets
Varied sizes and hanging option for enrichment

Cons

Some pieces may arrive crushed or irregular
Coloring can look artificial to humans
Not every pet is attracted to the flavor

VerdictThese loofah chew pieces offer an all-natural option for small animal enrichment and dental wear. The fruit infusion can increase interest for many pets, and the variety of sizes plus hanging design extend engagement. Some pieces arrive imperfect or brightly colored, so results vary by animal preference.

Okay — not a favorite

My rabbit nibble-tests these but isn't overly excited. They arrived a bit mashed together and didn't look as neat as pictured, but they serve as an extra toy.

Too bright and uneven for our bun

Many slices were an unnatural orange and came crushed or uneven. My rabbit ignored them; I'll stick with undyed loofah I know he likes.

A big hit with our 4‑H rabbits

Bought the 15-piece assortment for my kids' 4‑H rabbits and they loved them. Lightweight, natural feel and a noticeable fruit aroma. Good range of sizes that keeps them busy and helps redirect chewing.
