Product description

What’s included: one smart surge protector power strip with four individually switchable AC outlets and two USB ports (one USB-A and one USB-C), a user manual, and a power cord.

Construction and size: the housing is made from flame-retardant ABS plastic with internal surge components rated to 1200 joules. The strip measures roughly 11–13 inches long by about 2–3 inches wide (typical footprint for a four-outlet strip) and includes a 5–6 foot grounded power cord for flexible placement.

Power and charging: the AC outlets accept standard household plugs for lamps, fans, and small appliances; the USB-A and USB-C ports provide fast-charging for phones and tablets. Built-in surge suppression helps protect connected electronics from voltage spikes.

Smart features and controls: connect the strip to your 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network and manage each outlet independently via the companion app. Create on/off schedules, group outlets, and monitor approximate energy usage. The unit also supports voice control through popular assistants for hands-free operation.

How it’s used: plug the strip into a wall receptacle, add devices to the outlets and USB ports, then follow the app setup to name outlets and create schedules. Use individual outlet controls for targeted power management or configure scenes and voice commands for routine automation.

Pros

  • Four individually controllable outlets
  • USB-A and USB-C fast charging
  • App scheduling and voice assistant support

Cons

  • Some users report connectivity problems
  • Durability complaints after extended use
  • May remain off after power interruptions

VerdictThis smart surge protector delivers flexible outlet control and convenient USB fast charging, plus app-based scheduling and voice control. It provides solid surge protection (1200 joules) and energy monitoring, making it useful for lamp, fan, and small-appliance management. Quality is mixed: many users enjoy the features and form factor, but some report connectivity and durability problems after m

  1. Daniel Andrade 3/5

    Dura aproximadamente dos años

Funciona alrededor de dos años; luego empieza a fallar y solo funciona a ratos. No sé si por sobrecarga; tuve dos regletas de esta marca y ambas presentaron el mismo problema.

  2. angela 3/5

    USB ports became unreliable

If you want it mainly for charging, beware: my USB ports started dropping connection after a few months. The outlets still work fine.

  3. Giantkin 1/5

    Frequent pairing headaches and failures

I own multiple strips and several models from this brand; many have failed to pair. I tried 2.4GHz Wi‑Fi, enabled location, held the pairing button for varying lengths, and even tried the hotspot method. Some units shorted out and others won't enter pairing mode. After swapping my router the devices wouldn't accept the new network. Support asked for video of the failing pairing and eventually recommended replacement. I'm done buying from this brand.

    Quits and cycles unpredictably

Owned the six-plug variant — it suddenly began powering on and off, lost app connectivity, and emitted concerning noises. I unplugged it for safety.

  5. D&T 5/5

    Good interim replacement

Performs well so far — replaced an older damaged strip. USB ports, surge guard, and streamlined design are handy additions.

  6. Ling 1/5

    Failed within months, lost confidence

Worked fine initially but stopped functioning after about three months. This matches a previous experience I had with another product from the same maker that also failed soon after warranty. Repeated early failures suggest quality control problems. I won’t buy from this brand again and would warn others to be cautious.

  7. Ben L 79 5/5

    Simple setup and solid charging

Compact unit with reliable charging and a convenient cord length. I like the look and found it very easy to get running.

  8. Jeffrey L. 3/5

    Power loss leaves outlets off

Big drawback: if power is interrupted, the strip stays off when electricity returns. You must press the physical button to restore smart functions, which defeats remote control during outages.

  9. Customer 2/5

    Stopped connecting after two years

Purchased in 2022 and it failed to reconnect by late 2024. Troubleshooting guides were limited and support ultimately advised replacement. Good idea, poor long-term execution.

    Not for heavy appliances

Setup was straightforward, but don’t use it with high-draw devices like toasters or kettles.
