Product description
What’s included: the air quality monitor, a USB‑C charging cable, a quick‑start guide and a small wall bracket for optional mounting.
Sensors & readings: this compact detector reports AQI and measures CO2 plus particulate matter (PM1.0, PM2.5 and PM10), total volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and formaldehyde (HCHO). It also displays temperature, humidity and timestamped measurements so you can track conditions over time.
Connectivity & app features: connects to 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi and works with Smart Life / Tuya Smart applications for remote viewing. The app stores historical logs, supports parameter changes from your phone and can push real‑time alerts. Note: on some newer routers you may need to enable compatibility mode for successful pairing.
Dual‑chip design & display: an upgraded two‑chip architecture separates sensing from the user interface — one chip focuses on data acquisition while the other handles display and controls for quicker updates and smoother operation. The HD LCD uses color bars and icons to indicate air quality at a glance, with auto‑brightness and a screen‑off monitoring option.
Power & portability: built‑in 3000 mAh battery with USB‑C charging provides portable use for several hours (typical runtime reported between roughly 7 and 15 hours depending on settings). Low‑power modes help extend monitoring when unplugged, and the device can remain plugged in for continuous long‑term logging.
Operation & maintenance: power on by holding the main button for a few seconds, and use side controls to switch display pages. If readings seem off, a restart triggers automatic sensor recalibration. For long recording sessions keep the unit powered; when pairing a different phone reset the Wi‑Fi configuration (only one phone connects actively). Manufacturer support is available for setup questions.
Pros
- Monitors multiple pollutants including CO2, PM and VOCs
- Wi‑Fi + app logging for remote history and alerts
- Clear color LCD and portable with USB‑C charging
Cons
- Some users report occasional stuck or high readings
- Requires 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi and router compatibility tweaks
- Battery runtime varies widely with settings
VerdictA feature-rich indoor air monitor that combines a color LCD and app connectivity with a dual‑chip setup for responsive readings. It handles multiple pollutants (CO2, PM1.0/2.5/10, TVOC, HCHO) and records historical data in the paired app. Battery life and occasional sensor quirks receive mixed reports — the unit is great for spot checks and remote monitoring, but some users experienced stubbornly

App updates too slowly; readings can stick high
The app logs hourly rather than minute‑by‑minute, and sometimes values won’t drop after a contaminant appears. It felt like a persistent hold on high numbers; a restart or recalibration fixes it occasionally. Wi‑Fi also seems to require an active internet connection. Physically it’s simple to use and the battery is handy for moving between rooms, but the inability to trust real‑time CO2 and VOC numbers ruined my intended use for legal documentation.

Mixed results — alarming spikes, then calm
I bought it after getting new furniture and saw an initial formaldehyde spike that settled, so I moved the unit. Later it began alarming with very high readings and took many hours to normalize. Readings now fluctuate but not wildly. I skipped the app over data concerns so I couldn’t reset that way. Battery lasted a couple days in our trial and the unit looks and sets up as advertised, but I’m still unsure how reliable it is.

Not reliable for our van — readings stayed at max
Setup was straightforward and the app looked promising, but after calibration the unit pegged at 5000 ppm CO2 and never changed even on a long trip. With diesel heat and a propane cooktop we needed dependable monitoring for safety; this unit didn’t provide that, so we returned it after a few days.

Simple to use and convinced someone skeptical
Easy to carry between rooms and the Wi‑Fi pairing was faster than I expected. I wished battery life lasted longer but frequent alerts probably drain it faster. It finally convinced a family member there’s an air issue at home — well worth the purchase for peace of mind.

Does the job and pairs with SmartLife
Exactly what I needed — features rival pricier units and it links smoothly to SmartLife. The screen is readable from across a room and the internal battery makes it easy to move around.

Alerted me to dangerously high CO2 levels
After feeling foggy for months I checked the bedroom air and the monitor flagged very high CO2. The display is straightforward and reacted immediately when I opened a window. Now we can take steps to improve sleep quality — the device likely helped identify a real health issue.

Setup was effortless, clear display and useful app
Connecting took only a minute with the QR code and Wi‑Fi. The display is sharp and the color alerts make it fast to see air quality at a glance. Sensors reacted quickly — opening a window caused the AQI to drop to near zero, confirming responsiveness. I like having live numbers on the device and the app’s history for trends. If you want a compact monitor with a solid app and readable screen, this performs very well.
