Product description
What you get: The package contains four envelope addressing stencil templates and a small zippered pouch for storage and transport. Three of the templates measure 5.7 x 4.5 inches, suited to C6, B6, DL, ZL, and C5 envelopes; the fourth template measures 4.5 x 8.7 inches to accommodate DL, ZL, and C5 sizes.
Design and layout: Each template is molded from translucent polypropylene so you can see where it sits on the envelope. The four styles include: a sheet with four identical horizontal guide lines, a sheet with four lines in varying heights, a sheet with five graduated lines, and a two-column template with four matching rows. Dots and row markers help center names, addresses, and zip codes for uniform alignment.
How to use it: Place the template over your envelope, align using the visible guidelines, and write through the cut guides with pens, gel pens, brush pens, or fine markers. The stencils serve for addressing wedding invitations, thank-you cards, holiday mail, baby shower invites, labeling, and general handwriting practice. They’re also useful as drawing guides for decorative lettering and art fonts.
Material and durability: Constructed from translucent PP plastic, the guides are lightweight, non-glare, and odor-free. The material offers moderate toughness and flexibility for typical craft use. The set is portable thanks to the included zipper pouch, making it easy to bring to events or keep with other stationery supplies.

Helpful but not ideal for calligraphy
I used these for wedding invites but found the spacing too tight for flourish-heavy lettering. The plastic shifts a bit while drawing, so I ended up using it more as a straightedge than a fixed guide. Fine for small, neat writing but not great for elaborate calligraphy.

Too flimsy for heavy use
Material feels thin and can move when you press down.

Keeps my writing aligned
I like having a guide to keep my addresses level. It helps me write straighter and more consistently. Would be handy to have another size for longer notes.

Handwriting helper for a student
Bought this for a pupil whose letters run large and spill off answer spaces. It made fitting text into worksheets much easier; his occupational therapist approved.
